Rosalie Capehart, 101, Waynetown died 12:05 a.m.  Monday in her residence. Mrs. Capehart taught music and art at Haubstadt and Crane schools, both in Indiana and co-owned RD Capehart Insurance Agency, Waynetown with her husband. Her memberships included Waynetown Christian Church, Beta Chi Chapter of Psi Iota Xi Sorority where she was a charter member; Order of Eastern Star, Waynetown where she was a member for more than 50 years; past worthy matron and served a state office and American Legion Auxiliary, Waynetown. She was a Princeton HS, Oakland City College and Madam Blakers Teacher's College, Indianapolis graduate. She was born March 10, 1904 at Princeton to Thomas and Bertha Scales Bruce. She married Ralph D. Capehart, July 31, 1926. He died 1975. Survivors include a son, James B, Waynetown; daughters, Pat Moore, Tipton and Shirley Shoup, Indianapolis; six grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren. Two sisters, Beatrice Kemp and Thelma Kinstle are deceased. Funeral services are scheduled 10 am. Thursday in Waynetown Christian Church with Rev. Chris Lawler officiating. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery, Waynetown. Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Wednesday in Shoemaker Funeral Home, 202 S Indiana 25, Waynetown - kbz
